            The Results in the public examinations in 12th and 10th standards by the Corporation Schools of Coimbatore will speak and reveal the quality of education given to the children on par with private management schools.

Cash Awards

  1. Students Scoring 1000 & above out 1200 marks in the Higher Secondary examinations will be given cash awards of     RS.1000/.

  2. Students Scoring 450 & above out 500 marks in the  S.S.L.C  will be given cash awards of RS.500/.

  3. Students Scoring centum in the S.S.L.C examination and 200 in the Higher Secondary in the individual subjects will be awarded cash prize of RS.100/each.

Extra Curricular Activities

  1. Sports: The Volleyball Team of the Corporation Girls Hr Sec School R.S.Puram West Won the State Level Championship in the senior level tournament 

  2. N.C.C., N.S.C, Scouts & Guides movement are available in many of our Corporation Schools and our N.C.C. boys have won the honor of attending Republic Day Parade at Delhi.

  3. We have Band Troop exclusively played by the Girls of Corporation Higher Sec School Ranganathapuram and the Corporation makes use of this during the National Functions.

  4. Proper Opportunities are given to the Girls in all the functions of the Corporation to exhibit their talent in Bharatha Natiyam, Drawing Competitions and other literary activities


Corporation Girls Higher Secondary School, Sidhapudur has won the III Prize in the State Level Science exhibition conducted at Coimbatore

Corporation Girls Higher Secondary School, Sidhapudur has won the Special Prize in the Science exhibition conducted at Secunderabad

City Corporation School

            The oldest among Corporation Schools and the existing building was constructed by the British people before 100 years. It had three foot ball grounds and 3,500 students during that period when only three schools existed in Coimbatore. The Corporation has undertaken the painting work now.
