7 days time limit. Application will be received on all working days at respective service centers in ward offices (10 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.). Certificates will be issued between 3.00 p.m. to 5.45 p.m on all working days

Certificate pertaining to previous years (i.e. more than six years old)

7 days time limit. Application will be received on all working days at Main Office service centers (10 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.). Certificates will be issued between 3.00 p.m. to 5.45 p.m on all working days
