Town Planning - Building Plan
1.All enquiries including advice on deficiencies in applications/documents will be attended across the table by Assistant Town Planning Officers in each Zonal offices. On Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3 PM and 5PM.
2. Forms will be supplied on payment at the service centers on payment in Zone Offices. Everyday between 10 AM - 3.30 PM.
3. Challans for fees and other charges will be issued by building section clerk in Town planning department in Zone Offices. Everyday between 10 AM – 3.30 PM
4. Payment of fees / other charges through challans will be received in Zone Offices. At the Cash Counter between 10 AM – 3.30 PM in Ward Offices.
5.Decision on application for sanction of Building plans will be communicated. Within 30 days.
6. Renewal of Building License Application forms will be available at Information Counter on payment in Zone offices. Everyday between 10 AM – 3.30 PM.
7. Decision on application for renewal will be communicated. Within 30 days.
8. Application forms for Building appeal will be available at service centers on payments in Zone Ward Offices. All working days between 10 AM – 3.30 PM.
9. Final orders will be communicated. Within 30 days of receipt of order from LPA.
10. Application forms to be sent to Local Planning authority will be available at service centers on payment in Zone offices. All working days between 10 AM – 3.30 PM.
11. Final orders will be communicated. Within 30 days.
12. Application forms for sub division of site will be available at service centers on payment in Zone offices. All working days between between 10 AM – 3.30 PM.
13. Final orders will be communicated. Within 30 days.
14.Appliction forms for Building License Copy Attestation approval will be available at service centers on payment in Zone offices. All working days between between 10 AM – 3.30 PM.
15. Final orders will be communicated. Within 7 days.
16. Application Forms for installation of Machineries will be available at service centers on payment in Zone offices. All working days between between 10 AM – 3.30 PM.
17. Final orders will be communicated. Within 30 days.
