General Information   

• For any delay in the above services, causes for the same and additional time limit if necessary will be intimated to the applicant.

• Each and every application will be received immediately and an acknowledgement slip will be issued.

• Reply will be sent within 30 days for the complaints and grievances on the service items.

• Details on rules, mode of remittance, appeal will be displayed in the service centers on all service items which are processed as per Act and rules in order to help the public. Applications will be examined generally in the service center and minor mistakes will be intimated at once.
